Dear Patients,
It is with mixed emotions that I announce my retirement effective 12/31/2022. Caring for you, my patients has been the most rewarding part of my 37-year career with Adirondack Pulmonary Medicine. I appreciate the opportunity you have given me to serve as your physician.

Notes For Patients
The Records Custodian will continue to maintain your records in accordance with applicable confidentiality and security standards and with other applicable laws.
Your records will be destroyed no less than ten years after the last date of services you received from this Practice.
